Integration Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, skilled and experienced customer facing Integration Specialist to deploy our technology leading services to international and innovative hospital sites.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer point of contact for project integration activities and the co-ordination of task within behold.ai and the customer team
  • Co-ordinate the completion of required documentation for the integration of the behold.ai services including:
    • Information Governance / Data Privacy Impact Assessments
    • NHS Digital Framework and Security Questionnaires
    • NHS Services Contract
    • Data Sharing and Governance
    • Risk analysis questionnaires
    • Cost & benefits analysis and forecasting
  • Work with the internal technical teams and suppliers to co-ordinate the integration of technical services to the hospital sites
  • Work with the internal technical and operational teams to deliver new products and business solutions to clients, performing the following:
    • Assist with the technical connectivity between behold.ai and hospital site
    • Answer and satisfy any information governance documentation requirements or concerns
    • Establish image pathway through connectivity with the client PACS
    • Establish communication pathway through HL7 broker
    • Meet with clients on-site as required as part of the deployment process
    • Work with DICOM / HL7 brokers to create an end-to-end solution
    • Conduct full end-to-end solution testing
    • Provide supporting documentation and QMS records
    • Provide handover and support to the operations team post deployment
    • Provide ongoing reporting and support for the client integration

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)
  • DICOM imaging formats
  • HL7 reporting standards
  • Radiology Clinical Workflows
  • Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
  • Previous clinical experience as a radiographer or PACS / RIS manager
  • Experience of creating customer facing management reports
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience (Advanced level)
  • Have a full, clean driving licence and own transport. The role will require travel to customer sites across the UK

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of DICOM & HL7 standards
  • Experience of implementing or working in an ISO 27001 environment
  • Experience of ISO standards including: ISO 13485, ISO 14971
  • Business development and/or Account management experience in a medical company
